Christine Anne has been educating people since 1993. After leaving the University she began teaching globally with a variety of corporate teams. Her primary vision was to empower managers with the ability to teach their own teams and hand down their knowledge. Her efforts are focused on helping "The People" feel more valued and therefor in return creating more value in the world. Corporations benefit as well from this chain reaction by becoming more solid, more creative, more inspired and more competitive. She believes in active teaching, interactive learning, democratic education and in learning through experience rather than in lecture, helping self awareness by asking questions and leading by helping people to find their own best solutions.

In creating an internal educational facility for managing knowledge "Fair Process" (from "The Blue Ocean Strategy")must be a key element. All of the people must feel that they played a roll in the change process. This is a key phase in which Christine can help you manage.
